- Please contact the shop owner via inbox before making a purchase to select the umbrella fabric design. Once a purchase is made, there will be no refunds or exchanges for the fabric design.
- Finished products on workshops are non-refundable and non-exchangeable;
- Participants shall pay full payment here;
- If the workshop cancels, the full payment shall be fully refunded to the participants;
- If participants wish to have two people working together to make one umbrella, there is an additional fee of $250. Please inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary preparations.
- Participants with finished products on workshops could enjoy lifetime warranty service of umbrella frames;
- Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decisions of Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory shall be final and conclusive.
