Gently slide the ear cuff down from the thinner upper part of your ear. If it doesn't fit easily, slightly widen the opening. 2. Once it reaches your desired position, gently tug it to ensure it's secure. If it feels loose, gradually narrow the opening to adjust. 3. Once you've found your perfect opening size, you can attach and remove it without further adjustments. There's no need to adjust the opening each time you wear it.
