2. Please arrive on time for your registered session. If you are unable to attend, kindly notify us in advance.
3. Refund Policy:
◆ For no-shows without prior notification, a 50% material fee will be deducted from the refund.
◆ Cancellations made within three days before the class will incur a deduction of the material fee, with the remainder refunded.
◆ Cancellations made four or more days before the class will receive a full refund.
4. In cases of refunds or cancellations, any necessary invoice adjustments will be handled entirely by More Art Floral Design.

**《 Care Instructions »**
◎ To prevent staining or sticking, keep the floral elements away from clothing, bedding, walls, wooden cabinets, or painted wooden furniture.
◎ If the flowers accumulate dust or debris, gently blow them clean with an air blower or the cool setting on a hairdryer.
◎ Store in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
◎ Avoid placing in dark, damp locations, as this can lead to mold.
◎ With proper care, the arrangement can last for 12 months or more. Natural fading and color changes over time are normal.
