Our experiential workshops offer a selection of colors and flower types for you to choose from, rather than replicating samples. You can select your preferred colors, flower materials, wrapping, or planters. The course fee includes the vase, materials, and tuition. No tools are needed on your part, as the studio will provide everything for use on-site.

1. In support of environmental protection, please bring your own reusable bag to the workshop.
2. Punctuality is appreciated for all registered participants. Please inform us in advance if you are unable to attend.
3. Refund Policy:
◆ For no-shows without prior notice, a 50% deduction for material costs will apply.
◆ Cancellations made within three days of the workshop will be refunded after deducting material costs.
◆ Cancellations made four or more days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund.
4. In cases of refunds or workshop cancellations, all invoice adjustments will be handled by Hua Cao You Xi.
5. Hua Cao You Xi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this event.
**《 Care Instructions 》**
◎ To prevent staining or adhesion, avoid contact between the floral surface and clothing, walls, wooden cabinets, or painted furniture.
◎ If flowers accumulate dust or debris, gently clean them with an air blower or the cool setting of a hairdryer.
◎ Please place in a dry, well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight.
◎ Avoid placing in dark, damp locations, as this can lead to mold.
◎ With proper care, preserved flowers can last over 12 months. Natural fading and discoloration over time are normal.
