We have been thinking about the degree of spiciness for a long time. Since we say it is "spicy", of course we want to make a very spicy noodle, but we are worried that we can't take care of a group of friends who can only eat spicy food but want spicy food.
So we decided to adjust the spiciness by 20% more than the spicy pepper accepted by ordinary people (unanimously approved by the whole company)
If you feel spicy, you can add a little more water (but the beef soup taste will be reduced)
If you don't think it's spicy, you can add more spicy
Then you can take care of everyone at once! 🤪
As for the beef soup, we used the Korean style beef soup, why not? Because the soup base is suitable to set off the spicy taste, we really can't think of any soup other than Korea that can do it! 😂 After trying a few times, I managed to adjust the taste just right!
We all follow everyone's Feedback in the tasting event to improve the taste of chili powder and beef soup, so this time it is really a version that can be sold rather than a tasting version. There are vermicelli and small noodles to try. After everyone's votes, we decided to launch the middle noodles to make finished products
We also understand that if you make a taste, someone will definitely refer to it, but we want everyone to know that Yongle Noodle Factory has been working hard to innovate Hong Kong-style dry noodles. The spicy beef noodles and coriander fish soup noodles are also our original creations. work
I really don’t mind people’s references, but I do mind people saying that we are not original, so this time I decided to release the raw materials before they are stable, so that everyone can eat first🤣
**Edible method**
1. Boiled noodles: needless to say? ! After boiling one to one and a half bowls of water (about 400cc), put the noodle cakes into the boiling water for about two minutes until they disperse. You don’t need to over-cool the water, put the soup in a bowl and you can eat it.
2. Fried noodles: Didn’t you intend to fry the whole noodle directly? Remember to drain the noodles first, put them in Shau Kei and wait for the noodles to dry. You can fry them with ginger and spring onions, or with soy sauce.
3. Mixed noodles: After cooking, dry the water, and get the oyster sauce, the first soy sauce, the XO sauce, the shrimp... You have to get the sesame sauce, sweet sauce, grapefruit honey, Huatian, and chocolate. can't stop you...
