3. Working with sterling silver materials, including sawing, filing, and shaping.
4. Using various tools to forge surface textures.

. Workshops are by appointment only. Please indicate your desired date and time in the order remarks. Customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be sent. Please present your successful registration notification email or order details upon arrival.
. Materials provided for the hands-on experience are for individual use and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations due to personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after the change, the amount will be adjusted accordingly.
