We put immense care into each cake, and there's no intention to intentionally mar or overbake it. However, if there's a significant crack after baking, the designer will unconditionally remake one for you. This is our guarantee. We must emphasize repeatedly: "The draft and the actual product will not be 100% identical." The text and illustrations on the cake are meticulously piped with a piping bag, essentially redrawing the design, so there will be variations. The cake is baked after the design is completed. During the baking process, the cake will expand and contract, so we can only control the overall direction. An oven is not a printer; we cannot achieve a perfect copy-paste. Please refer to our Facebook album for explanations. Please do not become upset or cry over minor differences in the finished product; it cannot be modified once baked. The crust at the bottom will become less crisp over time, and the cake may become slightly dry. ⛧ The cake will be "frozen for shipping" to maintain temperature and prevent damage during transit. 🍦 Recommended way to enjoy 🍦 Keep frozen and thaw at room temperature for about 0.5-1 hour before cutting. This will result in a slightly frozen, icy, or smooth ice cream-like texture, which children will love! 💕 As refrigerator temperatures vary, please judge when the cake is soft enough to cut. If your refrigerator is very cold, let it sit out longer for photos until it softens. When thawing at room temperature, condensation forming on the cake surface is normal. The design is baked into the cake, it's not chocolate, so it won't melt – rest assured! Unsure when to cut the cake? In a hurry and worried it's still too hard to cut, leading to an awkward situation. We recommend storing it "refrigerated" to thaw slowly.
