[Date Change and Refund Policy] [Workshop Cancellation Policy] Once payment is completed, if you are unable to attend, you may request a refund through the order system. A 30% service fee of the activity price will be charged. As venue and materials need to be prepared ten days in advance, cancellations are not accepted from one day before the activity up to ten days prior. * Cancellations notified ten days prior to the workshop (excluding the day of the workshop) will receive a full refund after deducting the service fee. * Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the workshop are not accepted. You may transfer your spot or reschedule once, but please inform us and provide the name and contact information of the substitute participant. * If you choose to terminate your participation during the workshop for reasons not attributable to the organizer (e.g., you no longer wish to continue after starting, you feel unwell and cannot continue, etc.), no refund will be issued. * Rescheduled workshops are not eligible for cancellation. * Date changes are not accepted 3 days before and on the day of the workshop. Changing your date on the day of the workshop will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and no refund will be issued. 📌 We will reschedule your session under the following circumstances: ⚠️ In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), based on the Tainan City Government's announcement of class suspensions four hours before the scheduled time. If your city is affected by related restrictions, please inform us in advance. ⚠️ Other force majeure events (e.g., power outages / equipment malfunctions) that prevent the workshop from proceeding. ⚠️ Important Notes 1. Due to high demand, please inquire about availability before placing your order. 2. The class time is based on the schedule. If you need adjustments, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 3. Overtime incurs an additional fee of $250 per hour, charged as a full hour for any part thereof. 4. For collaborative work, an additional fee of $300 per person applies. 5. Please privately message us with your desired design image at least 5 days before the class begins for review by our staff. 6. If you are late due to personal reasons and cannot complete your work within the allotted time, extra time will not be granted, and overtime fees will apply. 7. Due to the potential dangers and physical exertion required by the tufting gun, participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for safety reasons. 8. To avoid delaying the teaching progress and affecting other participants' rights, please arrive 5-10 minutes early. 9. If the "fabric is damaged" due to improper operation to the extent that the work cannot be repaired, a new piece of fabric must be purchased for $500 per sheet, and overtime fees will apply.
