【A Five-Week Singing Bowl Journey | One 2-Hour Session Weekly】
Are you willing to set aside five weeks, investing a little time and resources, to learn how to care for yourself through sound? This itself is a profound form of self-healing.
Learning the singing bowl is not just about mastering the strike; it's about cultivating a gentle, supportive practice for your everyday life. Some use it to stabilize their emotions, others to be present with loved ones, and some find it opens new doors in their life's journey.
And it all begins the moment you decide to enroll.
◆ This course is designed for you if:
You seek a stable source of emotional support in your daily life.
You have no prior experience with singing bowls or music, but are drawn to the essence of sound healing.
You own a singing bowl but are unsure where to begin.
You wish to learn how to use singing bowls for self-care and to support those around you.
★ Regardless of your current stage, these five weeks will be a gentle and enriching sonic voyage.
◆ Course Curriculum (A progressive five-week journey from understanding to practice)
This course differs from those I've offered previously. It's not a series of isolated techniques but a deeply integrated, long-term supportive program.
Over five weeks, I will introduce practices drawn from my extensive experience in sound therapy. This will be combined with a clearly structured foundation in singing bowl techniques, hands-on art therapy experiences, and meditation practices.
More importantly, I understand that what many truly desire is not just to strike a singing bowl perfectly, but to have a dedicated time to feel fully held, a space where the heart no longer needs to strain or rush.
Once a week, for two hours, over five consecutive weeks,
within a safe, non-judgmental small group setting,
through sound, creative expression, and sharing, you will gently connect with yourself and learn the art of self-companionship.
The course will guide you progressively to understand the connection between singing bowls and the body, offering comprehensive instruction from concepts and exercises to practical application.
🔹 Part 1. Guided Stillness Meditation
Allow yourself to enter a state of calm, opening your receptivity to the body and sound.
🔹 Part 2. Principles of Sonic Vibration
Understand why singing bowl sounds can influence the mind and body. Learn to connect with the bowl's tones through "listening" and "feeling."
🔹 Part 3. Exploring the Seven Chakras and Body Meridians
Through the correspondence of sound with chakras and meridians, guide participants to sense the flow of inner energy.
🔹 Part 4. Singing Bowl Striking Techniques
Master foundational holding methods, striking techniques, and the principles of sound production, building your tactile sense and stability step by step.
🔹 Part 5. Seated and Frontal Striking Techniques
Learn how to stably strike a singing bowl in a seated position, either for self-healing or to create a sonic healing space for another.
※ The course fee does not include a singing bowl. Bowls will be provided for practice during class, so you can enroll with confidence even if you don't own one.
