Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, and veins. These are not considered defects. Minor dents and scratches incurred during processing, shipping, and production are also considered within normal range, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major imperfections. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such marks. While the finished product may not be as flawless as machine-produced items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as the leather ages and with different usage habits, it will develop personal scratches, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique character. This is the nature of vegetable-tanned leather, making each piece distinctly charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, color batches can vary due to different production runs or storage times. Even on the same piece of leather, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order as a "customized item." Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, you agree to the designer selecting the stitching color and leaving the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications made by us, our "customized products" do not have a 7-day appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
