【Workshop(s)】Enamel Jewelry Experience [Dry Sifting Application] Limited to 1 participant to start.

This experience involves using a kiln. For safety, please avoid loose clothing and wear fully enclosed shoes. If you have long hair, we recommend tying it back. You can choose the final metal surface finish according to your preference, making your creation suitable as jewelry, stationery, or even as an accessory for tea or incense ceremonies. Enamel is a glaze made from natural minerals and composite ingredients, with no fixed melting point. It is fired at temperatures between 750°C and 850°C. There can be slight discrepancies between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature in each kiln. We suggest starting at 750°C and observing the sintering process, as different colors require slightly different firing times. Experience is the best teacher. ✿ Workshop Flow 1. Introduction to basic metalworking tools and safety 2. Degreasing, annealing, and pickling of metal 3. Dry sifting or wet packing (repeat as needed for design) 4. Surface finishing (firing, grinding, polishing) 5.
