1. Once payment and booking are successful, the instructor's schedule will be reserved for your healing session. Please do not cancel at the last minute, as this will cause inconvenience to the instructor and make it difficult to schedule other clients, as this time was specifically set aside for you.
2. If you need to reschedule due to important matters, please inform the instructor at least 3 days before the scheduled hypnosis time to allow for rescheduling and to accommodate other clients. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Please be online and ready 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you will be late, please inform us by phone in advance of the agreed time (the instructor does not constantly check messages). We will wait for you for 10 minutes. No charge will be incurred within 10 minutes. Exceeding 10 minutes will be considered as the start of the session time.
4. After booking and payment, fees are non-refundable regardless of whether you attend online (attended or no-show). No-shows exceeding 10 minutes without prior notification will result in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
5. All services are based on a "time-based" system. Billing begins at the scheduled appointment time. Please make the most of your time and arrive online punctually. Late arrivals will not result in an extension of the session end time.
