Returns or exchanges based on pattern preference cannot be accommodated. ✔ This product is custom-made upon order by women artisans. As a customized item, it is not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of product defects. The brand offers exchanges within seven days for any product flaws. Buyers who are extremely perfectionistic and cannot accept minor imperfections of the burlap sacks or variations in color or pattern compared to the product photos are advised to consider carefully before placing an order. ✔ Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging. If the product has been improperly disassembled or used, resulting in damage, scratches, scuffs, stains, or incomplete packaging that renders it unsellable, or if accessories are missing, returns cannot be accepted. For returns due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items showing signs of use, such as accidental impact, friction, drops, cleaning, water exposure, or washing, that result in scratches, cracks, deterioration, breakage, or external damage, are not covered under the return or exchange policy.
