Cooking Book is the system of choppingboards with container designed to reduce the risk of cross-contamination of different types of food. The four coloured chopping-boards allow the absolutely safe preparation of vegetables, fish, raw meat and cooked foods. The container keeps the boards tidy and always to hand.

Designer Information:
Silvana Angeletti was born in Rieti in 1969, Daniele Ruzza was born in Rome in 1967. After receiving their degrees in Industrial Design from I.S.I.A. in Rome, they opened their design studio: Angeletti Ruzza design. They have participated in numerous competitions, winning both awards and acknoledgments. They collaborate with Italian companies such as: TEUCO, FLAMINIA, AZZURRA, F.LLI FANTINI, GUZZINI, COLOMBO DESIGN, IRSAP, AD HOC, SERAFINO ZANI, NEMO, POLTRONA FRAU, GEDY, R.S.V.P, GSI, GRAFF, FIAM, IGUZZINI, GEL, HOTPOINT/INDESIT, OLUCE, ALIVAR, MY HOME COLLECTION, DA A, HARSA. Among their projects of interior design is the Quinto Assio Hotel in Rieti, and Relais e Chateau Mazzetelli Villa Quinto Assio in Rieti.
