Once opened and used, returns are not accepted. 【CAUTION!】 • Do not use on uneven, rough, or porous surfaces, such as: cement surfaces with many micro-pores, powdery residue, or prone to cracking and fragility; patterned or rough tiles; soft plastics, fabric, or wallpaper; adobe or sand walls. • Do not exceed the stated weight capacity of the product packaging. Ensure the product can fully adhere to the item being hung, and that the weight (center of gravity of the item) is as parallel to the wall as possible. Do not hang valuable, sentimental, or hazardous items, as improper application or unforeseen circumstances may cause the product to fall, leading to loss or personal injury. • Thoroughly clean the application surface before adhering. Use the included alcohol wipe to ensure the surface is clean, smooth, and free of debris. Note! For all cement or painted walls, use a dry cloth to clean; do not use an alcohol wipe. • The surface for applying this product should not exceed 40°C. In cold weather, it is recommended to lightly heat the wall surface with a hairdryer on a warm setting before applying the adhesive strip for optimal results. • If you are unsure about the application or removal instructions, please contact our consumer service hotline. • It is recommended to wait for one month after home completion or wall painting before applying the product to prevent paint peeling during removal. • Please retain these instructions for future reference when removing the product. • With the advancement of technology, paints and tiles applied to walls are constantly evolving, therefore, this product may not be suitable for all wall surfaces. • Storage method: This product is not UV-resistant or waterproof.
