2. Measuring your size.
3. Crafting with sterling silver material, including sawing, filing, and shaping.
4. Creating surface textures using various tools.
5. Soldering and shaping.

. Classes are by appointment only. Please indicate your desired date and time in the order remarks section. Our customer service will contact you to confirm your reservation.
. After payment, Pinkoi will send a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be issued. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details on the day of the experience for entry.
. The materials provided for the handmade experience course are for individual use only and cannot be shared by two people.
. Cancellations made by the customer for personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the departure date. However, changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after the change, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling are subject to a 30% handling fee.
