● Waterproofing
Two types of urethane-based resin paint and permeable paint are used to improve the waterproof and antiseptic properties of wood.
Both are safe paints that comply with the Food Sanitation Law (used for wooden tableware at elementary schools in Iwate Prefecture and Hokkaido).
Do not put it in the dishwasher, but gently wash it with a sponge soaked in detergent.
