Taiwan Conservation Animal Poster / Stencil Printing

An illustrated poster with the theme of cute Taiwanese conservation animals. A total of 20 animals are included. Using "Risograph stencil printing" for small-scale production, a traditional printing technique similar to silk printing, one color, one color is slowly overprinted, making the prints also have a print-like style. There are only 50 sheets in one edition, each with subtle and unique typographical differences. In order to express the tactile sense of animal fur, it is printed on Japanese Fuji rice paper. This paper is made from straw harvested at the foot of Mount Fuji. The pulp is mixed with rice stalks, and the rice stalks of different thicknesses form a natural texture on the surface of the paper. *Note: The stencil printing has imperfect and unpredictable retro printing effects such as misplacement, rubbing and faded ink, and uneven coloring.
