**Creation Process**
In the creation process of the obsidian pinecone scented candle, select your favorite scented essential oils, blend them with soy wax, pour into the jar, and as the wax begins to solidify, arrange obsidian pieces of various sizes, pinecones, and small dried flowers, much like creating a miniature garden or rockery, to build your one-of-a-kind energy garden.

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at your scheduled session time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be closed once full, and unregistered orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Regulations Governing Supplementary Education and Continuing Education," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, and in accordance with Article 33 of the "Regulations Governing Short-Term Supplementary Schools":
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total agreed-upon tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the total agreed-upon tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, 80% of the total agreed-upon tuition fee will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
。For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the class, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted, as materials and venue arrangements will have already been prepared by the instructor. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, attendees who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered individuals are not permitted to accompany or participate unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special circumstances where parent-child participation is permitted. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the minimum enrollment of 6 participants is not met two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive punctually for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the crafting studio. This workshop includes unlimited self-service black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the on-site instructor.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for record-keeping and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels after the event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
