**The Creation Process**
During the creation of the obsidian pinecone scented candle, you'll select your favorite aromatic essential oils and blend them with soy wax. Pour the mixture into the jar. As the wax begins to solidify, arrange obsidian pieces of various sizes, pinecones, and small dried flowers, much like building a miniature garden or rockery, layering them into the candle jar to construct your one-of-a-kind energy garden.

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please proceed directly to the venue at your scheduled session time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Unpaid orders are considered incomplete registrations. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Unpaid orders will not be recognized in the participant list.
・If unable to attend or wishing to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted on the day of the class, 80% of the total tuition fee will be refunded.
A. For rescheduling requests, you may choose a session within the next 2 months and must actively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
B. On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
C. To protect the rights of other participants, arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
D. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Accompanying individuals who have not purchased a ticket are not allowed to join, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or in special circumstances where parental participation is necessary. In such cases, please contact the store in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels after the event. Photos and videos featuring your likeness may be used for event recaps or future recruitment campaigns.
・If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make arrangements accordingly.
