YInMn Blue PB86 - Handmade Honey Based Watercolor Half Pan 2ml L'oeil - Other - Pigment Blue

Product Description

PB86 • stainless steel pan (you can store it in a magnetic case) History: In 2009, it was discovered by Professor Mas Subramanian and his graduate student, Andrew E. Smith. They concluded that the increased UV absorbance and stability in outdoor weathering and heat buildup tests demonstrate that YInMn blue is superior to Cobalt Blue (CoAl2O4). YInMn Blue, also known as Oregon Blue or Mas Blue. The pigment is based on an oxide made of Yttrium(Y), Indium (In), and Manganese (Mn). The YInMn name is just shorthand for that. It is also fairly easy to say ‘Yin-min’ Blue. YInMn Blue is chemically stable, does not fade, and is non-toxic. Light Fastness: 8/8 **Get a free case by purchasing 6 individual watercolors.** Handmade watercolor may not look nice as factories make. We aim to make highly pigmented and flowy watercolor. Flowy watercolor lets you create layers in watercolor, nice loose paintings, and much more. Each of them is handmade in Hong Kong using our selected, high-quality pigment and gum arabic solution which is made from distilled water, gum arabic powder from France, glycerine, and honey.
