1. Please chat with the designer as soon as possible after registration and let us know your email address so that we can notify you of the venue and pre-class notifications. No refunds will be issued for those who fail to contact you and are unable to attend on time.
2. Full refund is available 7 days before the course starts after registration, 80% refund 3-6 days before, 30% refund 1-2 days before the course starts, no refund will be given on the day the course starts or if you are absent for no reason.
3. The fee includes flower materials, 1 gift box each, venue, lecturer and other expenses.
