▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon purchase, an "E-ticket Notification Email" will be sent by the system.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience venue contacts you to confirm the reserved date and availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after placing an order, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio can provide a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. If the class is canceled due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
