Even with limited time, a small kitchen, and a dining table, you can still enjoy a daily life nourished by cooking. January: Start 2026 with a healthy and abundant breakfast pairing. February: Celebrate the Lunar New Year with simple homemade *ichiyaboshi* (dried fish), symbolizing abundance year after year. April: With plum season in full swing, make plum wine. In Autumn, bake a miso salmon. December: Create a delicious cheesecake to celebrate the year's end. When you're busy, stir-fry a simple yet flavorful pasta... Twelve months, twelve recipes. Sharing daily nourishment through food, inspired by seasonal ingredients.
