Warranty Policy This team provides a one-year warranty for your Hidden Time Watch from the original date of purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Hidden Time Watch warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing. You must provide the sales receipt as proof of purchase. Within the warranty period, this warranty applies only to parts such as the watch movement, hands, and dial. If, upon inspection, it is proven that there are defects in materials or manufacturing under normal usage conditions, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge. Should a watch replacement be necessary, this team cannot guarantee that you will receive a watch of the same model. If your model cannot be repaired, we will provide a watch of equivalent value and similar style. The replaced watch will then be covered by a two-year product warranty from the date you receive it. This warranty does not cover: Defects in materials or manufacturing of the battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet. Wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, accidents, or normal wear.
