· If separate packaging is required, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, items will be packaged together.
· When burning exposed wax, please use a candle holder, plate, or paper to catch any melted wax.
· When purchasing items with a "cream" effect, color bleeding is a normal occurrence.
· Candles are fragile items. Please handle with care during unboxing and record a video as proof. If you receive any damaged or chipped items, kindly message us to allow us the opportunity to provide compensation and make improvements.
· All items are handmade to order. Customized products are non-refundable or exchangeable. Those who maliciously cancel orders will be blacklisted 🙅🏻♀️.
