Please message us in advance to schedule your pickup time. ・For delivery within the Taipei metropolitan area, please select **Courier (Lalamove)** for delivery on your specified date and time. ・For other cities and counties, please select **Refrigerated Delivery**. Outside of peak holiday seasons, you can specify your preferred delivery date and time. ・For designated delivery dates, refrigerated deliveries will be dispatched 1-2 days in advance. Sunday is not a delivery day for logistics services. ***Delivery to other cities and counties carries inherent risks. Delays or any jostling and collisions during transit may potentially damage the floral arrangement. Please message us with your card content. Messages of 20 characters or less will be handwritten; 21-50 characters or opening messages will be printed. ・Due to the nature of fresh flower products, preparation is required in advance for crafting. Therefore, cancellations made 5 working days prior to the specified delivery date (excluding the delivery date itself) are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 5 working days will incur a 30% refund. Pre-order items cannot be canceled after 24:00 on the pre-order closing date. ・For customized requests such as specific wrapping or card colors, please message us after placing your order. If we do not hear from you, the designer will make the selection. ・As flowers are natural plants, their forms vary. During arrangement, adjustments will be made based on the actual available flowers and will not be identical to the photo. ・Flower materials are seasonal. If there is a sudden shortage or poor bloom condition, equivalent materials will be substituted to achieve a similar aesthetic. ・You may request a completion photo of the arrangement before delivery to confirm your order. Please confirm within 3 hours of receiving the photo to avoid delaying the shipment. ・The completion photo is solely for confirming that the product is as ordered. Except for obvious issues such as wilting or bruising, we do not offer exchanges for flower types, changes in flower placement, vases, card colors, or wrapping color schemes. Any last-minute changes will incur additional charges for materials or packaging and may risk delaying the delivery. **| Flower Care |** ・The lifespan of fresh flowers varies depending on the type of flower, care methods, and placement environment, typically ranging from 3-7 days. ・Upon receiving the bouquet, we recommend removing the packaging as soon as possible, placing it in a vase, and locating it in a cool, well-ventilated area. Every 1-2 days, rinse the stems and trim 2-3 cm, and change the water to extend the viewing period of the fresh flowers. ・For table arrangements, gift boxes, or baskets, we suggest removing the packaging upon receipt. Gently part the leaves from the back of the arrangement or along the edge of the pot, and add water until the water level is 3-4 cm from the rim of the container. Thereafter, replenish water to the same level every 1-2 days. ・Hot and sunny environments will shorten the life of fresh flowers. If the indoor temperature is high, it is recommended to change the water more frequently. For table arrangements, adding 1 drop of bleach to the water can help reduce the growth of microorganisms.
