Usage and maintenance
When wearing jewelry, please treat it with tenderness and be careful not to knock or pull it.
Silver jewelry that has been sulfide-treated (with a black gradient on the surface) must be cleaned with Silver cleaning water!
The following situations are not recommended for wearing: when soaking in hot springs, doing strenuous exercise, or taking a bath.
If you are not wearing it for a long time, please store it in the included sealed bag to effectively prevent oxidation.

1. Our works are handmade and take about 7 to 10 working days to be delivered. We will send you a separate notice in advance.
2. Because we are handmade, we do not accept any return or exchange reasons. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us
3. Maintenance and repair services will be charged additional fees, and the buyer must bear the return shipping costs.

6. For ring products, you can change the ring size for free once, but you need to pay the shipping fee of 120 yuan
7. The jewelry is under warranty for 30 days after it is sold. If it is damaged or broken during normal wear, we will provide free evaluation and repair service (with shipping fee).
