While maintaining her primary employment, she also pursues design as a side profession, focusing on visual production encompassing design direction and social media graphics. She graduated from Seikei University with a degree in English and American Literature. During her studies, she immersed herself in cultural and linguistic environments through exchange programs in the United States and New Zealand, deepening her interest in expression and communication. After graduation, she gained experience working in the hotel industry before transitioning to a television production company, where she handled business dealings with international broadcasters. Currently, she serves as a subtitle production director, primarily for live programming. Her design work reflects her international experiences and the skills honed through her subtitle work—the ability to select vocabulary for effective communication and to interpret context. She prioritizes translating emotions and nuances that words alone cannot convey into visual expressions. She independently creates and publishes ZINEs (independent publications) and participates in art book fairs and exhibitions across Japan, based in Tokyo. Her work has also been featured in overseas art book fairs.
