(As the workshop includes waiting time for the cement to set, you may opt to split the session over two days to shorten the time. The cement mixing portion can be completed in as little as 30 minutes on the first day.)

*Workshop Booking Information*
1. If the scheduled time encounters force majeure events such as typhoons or earthquakes requiring cancellation, we will notify you via the official White Speck LINE account to reschedule your session once.
2. For filming videos, programs, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot without other students.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon completing your workshop reservation, we will immediately prepare the necessary materials. Therefore, refunds are not accepted.
2. Rescheduling within 8 days of your selected workshop date is permitted for one free postponement (can be rescheduled to any session within three months of the original booking).
3. If you do not complete the rescheduled booking within three months, or if you are unable to attend even after one free postponement, you will need to place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals 15 minutes past the scheduled time will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and a new order will be required.
