Fee includes: Materials (925 Sterling Silver), plating fee, course fee, use of metalcraft tools, and space usage.
Experience duration: Approximately 2 hours, varying depending on the selected design and on-site conditions.

1. Introduction to metalcraft tools & demonstration by a professional metalcraft instructor.
2. Measuring your size.
3. Crafting your ring using sterling silver materials, including sawing and filing.
4. Creating surface textures using various tools.
5. Soldering and shaping.
6. Polishing and finishing.
7. Receive a commemorative certificate upon completion to capture your beautiful moments and memories.

. The course operates by appointment only. Please indicate your desired date and time in the order remarks section. Our customer service will contact you to confirm your booking.
. After payment, Pinkoi will provide a confirmation email. No physical tickets will be sent. Please present your booking confirmation email or order details on the day of your experience for entry.
. The materials provided for the handcrafted experience are for individual use and cannot be shared between two participants.
. Cancellations made by the customer for personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee.
. In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
. Dates can be changed up to 3 days before the event. Changes are limited to one instance. If there is a price difference after rescheduling, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
. Cancellations after rescheduling are subject to a 30% service fee.
. Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
