Modifications and Adjustments: One complimentary adjustment is offered for the final product, limited to minor contour changes or corrections of production errors. If you wish to alter content mid-process, a fee for materials and labor may apply depending on the situation. 2. Subjective Differences: After placing an order, refunds or returns based on personal aesthetic preferences such as "different from imagination" or "proportion issues" cannot be accepted. Please refer to the existing product styles in our shop. Handmade items cannot achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales Service and Order Abandonment: This product is a custom-made, personalized item and is not subject to the 7-day appreciation period. Unclaimed orders will be treated as malicious abandonment, and relevant civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Work Sharing: Finished product photos may be shared publicly on our platforms later (personal information will be hidden). If you prefer your work not to be shared, please inform us in advance. Failure to do so implies consent. 5. Returns: Custom products fall under the category of "Exceptional Goods*" and are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period regulations of the Consumer Protection Act. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Discrepancy: Minor color variations between the printed photo and the actual physical item viewed with the naked eye are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect your rights and ours. Any product issues must be reported within 1 day of receipt; requests beyond this timeframe will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet photo printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Deviation: Due to manual production and measurement, a 0-2 cm error is considered normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if a receipt is required. Our shop is exempt from issuing unified invoices. If a supplementary invoice is needed later, it can only be sent via registered mail.
