In some cases, colors may seep into crazing or moisture may appear to seep through. Therefore, we apply a water-stopping treatment to our tableware using a ceramic sealant before shipping, so there is no need for initial glazing (medome). This water-stopping treatment requires 2-3 days, which is why we set the shipping period to 5 days from order placement.
