1. Seals are meticulously engraved by our master artisans using sandblasting techniques. If you require engraving, please specify "Name/Font" in your order notes.
2. The font is designed by our artisan, not a standard computer font. Therefore, design drafts are not provided.
3. Upon completion, we will send you a photo for confirmation of the seal and engraved text before shipping.
4. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is an error in the engraving.
