♥ HATO uses genuine leather. As cowhide naturally develops wrinkles or textures due to various factors, minor scratches or tonal differences are inherent to the material and do not qualify for returns.
♥ Avoid cleaning with alcohol. If cleaning is necessary, use a dry cloth.
♥ If the leather becomes wet, avoid using a hairdryer on a hot setting or drying it in direct sunlight.
