The artisan instructor begins with an introduction to the flowers, teaching you about their characteristics and how to successfully combine them into your preferred floral colors. You’ll learn about color matching and arranging different flowers, then place the elements into the bottle and infuse it with the special oil. Finally, a wooden base light will accentuate the beauty of the floating flowers.

▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session is proceeding before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at your scheduled session time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not checked out after placement are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full. Orders not checked out will not be added to the participant list.
・After payment, if you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
- According to the "Regulations for Private Tutoring and Continuing Education Schools" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4, and Article 33:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, 80% of the total actual payment will be refunded.
- Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot meet the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
- On the day of the workshop, we cannot accept refund or rescheduling requests as materials and venue arrangements have already been made. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
- To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unaccompanied individuals are not allowed to join or share the experience, unless a child requires a parent’s assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special circumstances where parent-child participation is approved. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure the smooth progression of the workshop, please avoid being late.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media and other recruitment channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
