Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the ceramic firing process. These are considered normal and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Minor imperfections like specks or small indentations are normal occurrences during this process. ● Coasters may have slight surface scratches or dust. Approximately 10% variation in the quality of blank coasters is expected per batch. The ink absorption level in the pores of the coasters may vary. This is especially noticeable with light-colored backgrounds or dark-colored backgrounds, where uneven color blocks or cloudy spots may appear. All these situations are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing your order. ● Each set of coasters comes in a paper box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment may occur. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may have slight variations. The actual finished product is the standard. This product is custom-made. Production begins the day after payment is completed and takes 7-10 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
