Mug dimensions are H 98mm x D 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and slight irregularities on curved edges with air bubbles are unavoidable during the mug production process and do not qualify for returns or exchanges under normal circumstances. ● When washing, please avoid using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Inclusions, small indentations, and similar marks during the firing process are considered normal. ● Coasters may have minor scratches or dust. The quality of unglazed blanks can vary by approximately 10% per batch. Ink absorption in the porous ceramic varies, and especially with light-colored backgrounds or dark backgrounds, uneven color patches, grainy textures, or cloudy effects may appear. These are all considered normal phenomena, not defects. Please consider this before ordering if you are particularly sensitive to minor imperfections. ● Each set of coasters is packaged in a gift box. The non-slip pads are applied manually and may occasionally be slightly misaligned. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. The actual color and proportion of the finished product may vary slightly. The final product is the standard. This product is custom-made. Production time begins the day after payment is completed and requires 10-15 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
