The Brand's Genesis / My Grandma Vintage was born from a desire to reimagine buttons, crafting them into wearable art through creative processing. This allows everyone to connect with and appreciate the sentiment of the past, continuing the stories of bygone eras. As Hong Kong's garment industry declined, a vast quantity of supplementary materials found themselves without purpose. By chance, these two young artisans decided to forge a new path for these forgotten buttons. Though seemingly ordinary, buttons often become the highlight of an outfit. Their diverse materials, shapes, and colors invariably add the perfect finishing touch to clothing. Accessories are similar; designed with various materials, these buttons ultimately become a pair of earrings.
