Registration Process and Rules:
1) Please complete your order according to the process, including the number of participants, time slot, and theme.
2) If you need to reschedule due to personal reasons, please notify us 10 days before the original class date. The studio accepts makeup classes within two months in other scheduled sessions; no refunds will be issued.
3) Please do not reschedule or cancel within 3-7 days before the class. If this occurs, makeup class service cannot be provided. For refunds requested due to personal reasons, a 30% fee of the course cost will be charged for preparation. Failure to attend on the event day will result in the full course fee being forfeited.
4) In case of force majeure events such as typhoons or natural disasters affecting the ability to conduct the class, the government's announcements will apply. The criteria for class commencement and refunds will be based on the official announcements of the event location. Participants will be notified of class cancellation by the day before at the latest and offered alternative makeup class times.
5) It is recommended that children aged 6-12 be accompanied by a parent to complete the course. Only ticket holders may participate; accompanying individuals without tickets are not permitted unless it is a parent-child participation.
6) Admission begins 10 minutes before the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please be punctual. Latecomers exceeding 30 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds.
7) The organizer may conduct on-site filming during the experience event for documentation purposes, which will be uploaded to official social media channels afterward. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or other promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
