Orders are typically shipped within 7-14 business days (excluding holidays), unless it's a ready-to-ship item. (For urgent orders, please message us on Instagram via "Postal Service" to discuss arrangements first~) Materials: All crafted with preserved flowers from Japan, complemented by a few dried flowers and sola wood flowers to enrich the texture and diversity of the arrangement. Dimensions: Approximately 20cm wide (flower surface). Availability: Made to order as there are no ready-to-ship items. Due to the seasonal nature of floral materials, the colors will be kept as close to the images as possible. We do not use exact same flower materials. Once completed, we will send photos for your confirmation before shipping. Packaging: The bouquet will be wrapped and secured with cellophane. Large bubble wrap will be used inside the carton to fill remaining space, ensuring the bouquet remains stable during transit and is protected from damage. A complimentary display bag is included. Care Instructions: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humid environments. It's best to store them in a dry indoor location. Avoid Pressure: Preserved flowers are delicate. Handle with care to prevent crushing or impact. Dust Removal: Gently clean off dust periodically with a soft brush or a hairdryer on a cool setting to maintain their aesthetic appeal.
