This beautiful fern is perfect for your house!
The upper part is removable from the bottom part, making it also a container, don't hesitate to make them a part of your organisation!
Mini version: width 5cm, height 8cm
Normal version: width 7-8cm, height 9-11cm
Custom request for different basket color is available, feel free to write your request at the end of order.
70% Cotton, 20% Nylon, 10% Wool
Before placing an order:
1. All products are handmade, there will be a slight difference for each order
2. There might have slight colour difference from the photos
3. All the products are made with wool/cotton yarn, it is normal to have slight flaws, such as furball, slightly uneven colour, etc.
4. They are designed as decoration instead of a toy, so please be gentle with them!
5. Most products are order-to-made, average marking time is 8-10 days depending on the number of orders. When buying as a gift for friends/family, please plan ahead.
6. If you have an animal/plant that wants to have a custom-order, feel free to contact me through Instagram/Pinkoi DM!
7. For the refund policy, please refer to Pinkoi policy.
Delivery Note for Hong Kong and Macao customer:
1. Our delivery is supported by Hong Kong Post.
2. For Hong Kong and Macao customers, the package is delivered as surface mail, no tracking is available, if tracking is desired, please consider SF express, a delivery fee will be collected when arrived
3. If the package is too large for the mailbox, a postal card will be placed to ask you to collect it in postal office.
Delivery Note for International customer:
1. Our delivery is support by Hong Kong Post.
2. The package is shipped as air registered package, a signature is needed when the package is collected.
3. Track-and-trace information is available only for destinations where the local postal administration concerned provides the required tracking information.
4. If you did not receive your order, please contact Hong Kong post for tracking the delivery state.
5. If you cannot find your country, feel free to contact me! I will check with Hong Kong post and open a custom order for you!
6. For customers in Hong Kong, Mainland, Macao, and Taiwan, you can consider using SF express for delivery, a delivery fee will be collected when it arrived.
Here is how to take care of your plant/animals:
1. You can use alcohol stray to sanitize the products
2. For cleaning, you can use a towel to gently wipe of the dust on the surface, using a vacuum cleaner at a distance can also remove the dust.
3. Washing is not recommended as the wool will get stretchy and deform
4. If washing is unavoidable, please hand wash them with cold water, then dry them on a flat surface
