If you pursue perfection, please think twice before making a decision. ※Depending on the soil used, the glazing method, and the firing temperature, the glaze will undergo various changes, which is a characteristic of handmade pottery. ※During the firing process, the glaze will produce glaze cracks (crazing), pores, particles, and stains. These are normal phenomena and will not affect the use. ※When unpacking the product, please remember to record it with a video. If you find that the purchased product has defects, please take a photo first and contact us and we will reply you as soon as possible. ♦ Usage and maintenance instructions ※ Pottery has larger pores than porcelain, so it absorbs moisture more easily and is more likely to discolor. If you mind discoloration, it is recommended to choose dark-colored products or avoid storing dark-colored foods. Before use, boil the pottery in rice water over low heat for 30 minutes to allow the starch to fill the pores of the pottery and reduce the degree of discoloration. ※Before first use, please clean it with detergent or scald it with hot water before filling it with drinks. After cleaning, wipe it dry or place it in a ventilated place to dry. ※ Do not heat rapidly (e.g. open flame, pouring hot water directly into a frozen cup, etc.)
