The workshop includes engraving. English letters, numbers, and patterns can be engraved (specific styles may not be available for engraving).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measurement Method: Use a piece of cotton thread (thread for sewing clothes) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a snug fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Then, refer to the size chart for conversion.
● Provide our store staff with your approximate height and weight. We can adjust the ring size at our store after it's made.

**Classes start with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● For your convenience, any rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least three days prior to your confirmed class date.
Cancellations made on the day of the class or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. However, the value can be transferred to other products or classes.
● Samples are available for trying on at our store. You may also exchange your design for another of the same price (subject to availability of materials on-site).
Upgrades to a higher-priced design are possible with a price difference payment; however, no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available classroom space if you wish to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The artisan will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step through the process.
If the finished product has irreparable defects due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the complexity of the chosen design. You can take your finished piece home the same day.

★ During the class, please adhere to the safety operating procedures for equipment as instructed by the artisan.
Female participants may need to use a hair tie or clip to secure their hair, depending on the situation, for safety reasons.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters on your scheduled class date, based on personal safety considerations,
classes will be suspended in accordance with government announcements, and a new class date will be arranged.
