👉 Return Policy
Once the products and gifts have been unpacked and used (the product packaging is torn, it is considered unpacked), they will not be accepted for return or exchange if they lack integrity and have no sales value. Please understand.
During this period, if the product does not match the consumer's order, is defective in quality, or is damaged during transportation (collectively referred to as defective products), we will replace it with an identical new product (no other items will be accepted for replacement). Products that have arrived more than three days ago (home delivery is based on the date of receipt of the goods/supermarkets are based on the date of pick-up) will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
[To protect the rights of both parties] Please record the entire process of opening the package. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please contact customer service within 3 days from the day of receipt (based on the date of receipt/convenience stores use the date of pick-up as proof), keep the [product packaging intact] and attach the [physical product details] and [complete video file] as a basis. No return will be accepted after the time limit. Please do not send the product back by yourself. We will not accept any returns by yourself.
If the returned product is found to be non-defective after inspection and testing, the consumer must pay all related expenses incurred.
