Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string to wrap around your wrist, measuring the circumference. The size should be "neither too tight nor too loose, just fitting snugly." Finally, choose the closest whole number wrist size, and we will craft it accordingly to ensure a comfortable fit and allow the bracelet to rotate slightly. 2️⃣ If your wrist size has a decimal, for example, 14.5cm, you can choose 14cm or 15cm: 14cm will be a closer fit but still allow rotation, while 15cm will be looser and more comfortable. 3️⃣ If adjustments are needed due to measurement errors, please note the following: Within 7 days: After receiving the bracelet, please inform us and send it back for adjustment within 7 days. No fee will be charged. Between 7 and 14 days: If you notify us for adjustment after wearing it for more than 7 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. More than 14 days: Please use the re-stringing service from your warranty card for adjustments, or opt for a paid service of NT$100 for re-stringing and modification fees.
