Precautions:
This experience course includes wine tasting and other activities during the process, so those under the age of 18 are not allowed to make an appointment for the course. If you are found to be underage during ID verification after arriving at the venue, you will not be allowed to enter the venue and no refund will be given.
Cancellation method:
If the cancellation is notified 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the money will be refunded after deducting the handling fee, which varies according to the payment method.
50% of the paid amount will be refunded if the cancellation is notified 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
Cancellations will not be accepted between 3 days and the same day before the departure date, and no refund will be made.
During the event, if the participation in the event is suspended due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, the money will not be refunded.
It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before departure, the quota can be transferred. But please be sure to call and tell us "the name and contact information of the proxy participant".
If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
