* To ensure the quality of our instruction, only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Entry is permitted 5 minutes before the class begins. Please do not arrive early to avoid waiting.
* We cannot provide individual explanations for latecomers during the weaving class. "Please do not be late" to avoid disrupting other participants' learning. To protect the rights of other students, entry will be closed if you are more than 10 minutes late. You will need to reschedule for another day (one-time reschedule permitted).
* No food or drinks are allowed in the classroom. Please bring covered beverages to prevent spills.
* Classes may be filmed and photographed for use as marketing material on our brand website. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform staff on-site so we can avoid capturing you. By not notifying us, you agree to Dottie Studio's use of images and footage featuring your likeness and creations.
* The studio operates by appointment only. Once a class is booked, cancellations, refunds, and same-day rescheduling are not permitted. Rescheduling or transferring your booking is allowed once, within two months, under the following circumstances:
1. Weather conditions, such as government-issued closures or cancellations for your area.
2. Unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages or equipment malfunctions preventing the class from proceeding.
3. Lateness.
4. Special circumstances: Illness or traffic accidents may be discussed.
