An Afternoon Soirée with Tea: Explore the Flavor Map of Japanese Tea with Enya Freed from the constraints of traditional tea ceremonies, this event focuses on one thing: "How to Enjoy a Cup of Fine Tea." This is an afternoon tea tasting designed for those who cherish life and the exploration of flavors. We will set aside formality and lead you into the wondrous world of Japanese tea in the most relaxed and casual way. I (Enya) will be your guide, leading you to taste at least 8 carefully selected Japanese teas, from the classic Sencha, the warm and comforting Hojicha, the fragrant Genmaicha, to surprising specialty teas (such as Kombu tea, etc.). During these two hours, you will not only travel through Japan with your taste buds, but we will also casually share my personal experiences of seeking and tasting tea in Japan, along with some little-known tea facts. Whether you simply wish to relax or gain a deeper understanding of Japanese tea, you are welcome here.
