Background Story
Inspired by the Golden-Faced Mazu of the Tainan Grand Mazu Temple, Mazu, originally named Lin Mo-niang, ascended to heaven at the age of twenty-eight due to her virtuous and filial nature, often protecting fishermen by the sea, thus revered as a sea goddess. Mazu's faith is integrated with that of Guanyin, becoming a benevolent and powerful goddess in the hearts of believers.
Initially, we inquired if the coffee beans could be named after the goddess, but Mazu humorously suggested the name "Goddess," promptly receiving three divine approvals through the use of traditional divination blocks, known as "Jiaobei." This coffee blend embodies Mazu's inspiration, symbolizing protection and blessings, delivering a profound and lasting taste experience.
