Each piece is meticulously arranged by our floral artist, one stem at a time. We strive to replicate the image as closely as possible. However, as flowers are natural and grow organically, there will be slight variations in angle and form. If a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar one. (The main flower will be as pictured, while accent flowers may be adjusted based on the season.) [About shipping] Flowers are delicate. We take great care in packaging them securely for transit. However, minor bumps during shipping can occur. We highly recommend opting for courier delivery to minimize the risk of damage. A few fallen petals or leaves, or minor imperfections, are considered normal. ● Table arrangements, potted flowers, and flower baskets will be shipped with a complimentary display-style transparent gift box. The base of the arrangement will be secured with double-sided fabric tape (removable without damaging the vase). We strongly advise choosing courier delivery. !!!We genuinely recommend avoiding 7-11 delivery!!! (We cannot control the risk of items being placed upside down, tilted, or impacted during transit.)
