1. After placing your order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification" via email.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" section upon purchase.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store representative from the experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and seat availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials preparation is required after order confirmation and payment.
5. ART64 provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID number, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
